Produced in the Northern Alentejo, near the historic village of Crato, where the ancient Knights of the Order of Malta roamed, with Aragonez and Merlot grapes; this wine is blessed with intense aromas of wild berries and boasts an excellent balanced palate, with a good volume finish of medium persistence. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif and goes very well with roasted fish and seafood dishes. It should be served at a temperature of 10 ºC.
